2 x cocktails of your choice from our cocktail menu, made to order by our bar staff
2 x 15L barrel slushy machine – flavours available on our cocktail menu
Set up and pack down all bar services and area
Stock the mobile bar with all beverages supplied cold and ready for your event start time

Crushed ice, garnishes, and water dispenser
Menu signage and easel for your event tailored to your drinks menu
Assistance with alcohol quantities & guidance for your event
Décor and styling: large rug, greenery, dried flowers, wine barrel, green wall, 2 x 15L dispenser, umbrella, and 3 x wine tubs

Up to 6 x Tap 19L Keg Options
2 x RSA certified staff
Glassware for 100 guests: beer cups, short ball tumblers, high ball tumblers, wine glasses, cocktail glasses
Filled CO2 gas bottles to pressurize kegs

We are more than happy to assist with beverage quantities. Here are some local suppliers:

Taylors Mackay & Seabreeze Tavern – Provide mainstream beer kegs and spirit mixer kegs. We have wholesale pricing for these suppliers.
Goanna Brewing Mackay – Book a Brew – Local brewer with over 240 beers, ciders & ginger beers to choose from.
Mister Mixer Cocktail – 20L cocktail kegs, great tap option for fast service for your event. Website

Notes:

Depending on your beverage menu and the number of guests, an additional staff member may be needed for your event.
Service fee and additional charges apply if we are to pick up kegs on the client’s behalf once payment is made to the supplier, or if additional stock or glassware is required.
